Chad earned his Accounting degree from West Virginia University before launching his career in the corporate world, working for Fortune 500 companies in the financial services and mortgage sectors. In 2004, he shifted gears and began pursuing real estate part-time with Century 21 in Columbus, Ohio. Just months later, Chad left behind an eight-year career in corporate finance to dedicate himself fully to real estate.

After a few successful years in Ohio, Chad relocated to San Antonio, Texas, where he quickly fell in love with the community. Driven by a long-standing ambition to own a real estate brokerage, he earned his Broker’s license in 2009. Since co-owning Suburban Spaces, Chad has consistently ranked among the top 3% of sales agents in the San Antonio market, helping clients achieve their real estate goals with personalized, results-driven service.

Chad’s commitment to community is also evident in his leadership and volunteer work. He served as President of the San Antonio LGBT Chamber of Commerce, co-founded Project Fiesta to support local nonprofits, and has dedicated over a decade to volunteering with Meals on Wheels.

Above all, Chad is motivated by the desire to create a positive and rewarding real estate experience for his clients—building lasting relationships, earning repeat business, and gaining referrals along the way.
