Who pays you?
Our compensation is typically paid by the seller of the property. We will not be charging you for conducting home searches or negotiating the purchase of your home.
What if I find a For Sale by Owner (FSBO)? Are you able to assist me?
Yes, we are able to assist you in a FSBO transaction by contacting the seller on your behalf. It is in your best interest to allow a real estate professional to be involved throughout the process. Our expertise and knowledge can help you negotiate fair deals and avoid potential pitfalls along the way.
Are you able to help me with the new home construction through a builder?
Absolutely. In fact, we encourage the use of a real estate professional to help in negotiations with the
builder. We have extensive knowledge of neighborhoods,building process, and pricing so it always
a good idea to have us in your corner. It is a common misconception that Buyers get a better deal from
the builder by not using a Realtor. This is not true. Builders want and encourage strong relationships
with Realtos,as we bring them Buyers and their homes get sold. It’s a win/win for both sides.
How much of a down payment do i need?
There is no definite answer to this, as every home buyer’s scenario is unique. Typically, down payments
range from 3% to 20% of the purchase price. One factor to consider is the type of loan (conventional,FHA,VA,etc.) you will be utilizing, which may have specific rules for down payments. Keep in mind that putting at least 20% down will eliminate your need for Personal Mortgage Insurance(PMI).

Who pays you?
We are compensated by the seller who has listed their home with us. This will be a pre-determined
percentage of the sale price. A Portion of this compensation will be split with the buyer’s agent who brings us the buyer for your home.
How do you market?
We have a variety of ways to reach multiple segments of the market, both through technology and
traditional methods. Along with our vast realtor network which connects us with all the agents in the
city, we utilize email blasts,e flyers,yard signage, and traditional paper flyers, just to name a few.
Depending on our target market, campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to reach our desired demographic.
Will you take pictures of my home?
Absolutely. Since so many homes in today’s market are viewed online,the photos are the first
impression the buyer gets. We want to generate excitement and get buyers wanting to come inside your
home. For this reason, we routinely hire professional photographer, at our cost, to showcase your
home at its best potential. The last thing we want is a loss of interest due to blurry photos from an unflattering camera phone.
